By downloading, installing, or using the Zetto application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. This Agreement is between you and the developer of Zetto, with contact at ioszettohappylife@outlook.com.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Zetto. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Zetto is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You shall not: (a) modify, copy, or distribute the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to access or interfere with the App's servers or data; (d) upload harmful content or malware.
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through Zetto, including voice recordings, mood entries, and other materials ("User Content").
By providing User Content, you grant Zetto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree that it will not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Zetto respects your privacy. Your data, including User Content and personal information, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is the property of Zetto's developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Zetto at any time, without notice, for violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.
Zetto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetto's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of Zetto after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
